These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website karmanline.ai (the "Site") and services provided by Karman Line AI, LLC ("Karman Line AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Services

Karman Line AI provides AI workflow automation, offensive cybersecurity (penetration testing), custom LLM and MCP integration, and AI strategy consulting services for government and commercial clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) between you and Karman Line AI.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site without our express written permission
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

3. Interactive Tools Disclaimer

The Site includes interactive tools such as the AI Readiness Scorecard, Security ROI Calculator, and Shadow AI Discovery Checklist. These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The results generated by these tools:

• Are estimates and general guidance, not professional advice
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, security, or financial decisions
• Do not constitute a security assessment, audit, or guarantee of any kind
• May vary based on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is the property of Karman Line AI, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.

The "KARMAN LINE AI" name, wordmark, and any associated trademarks are the property of Karman Line AI, LLC. Use of our trademarks without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. User-Submitted Content

By submitting information through the Site (e.g., contact forms, questionnaires), you grant Karman Line AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing services. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Penetration Testing & Security Services

All penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability assessments, and related offensive security services require explicit written authorization from the system owner before any testing begins. Karman Line AI will never perform security testing without a signed Rules of Engagement (ROE) document or equivalent written authorization. Information on the Site about our security capabilities does not constitute an offer to test any system without proper authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARMAN LINE AI, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Karman Line AI, LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
