Karman Line AI offers SMS messaging to provide service updates, appointment confirmations, engagement notifications, security assessment scheduling, and marketing communications related to our AI automation, cybersecurity, and consulting services.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, or by texting a keyword to our number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Karman Line AI at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to consent to SMS to use our services or make a purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message volume may be higher during active service engagements.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Karman Line AI is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network conditions.

9. Quiet Hours

We will not send marketing text messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone. Transactional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations, security assessment notifications) may be sent outside these hours when time-sensitive.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

11. Changes to These Terms
